We have a brand new Finance structure with an emphasis on partnering with the business whilst making the best use of technology to enable us to focus on relationships and supporting the Council to deliver for our residents. Underpinning this is a firm commitment to supporting our teams to grow and embedding training and continuous professional development across the service.
